Photo of entrance to underground.  Maintenance garage also indicates Pottstown was a maintenance center for L coaxial cable.  Pottstown also had numerous testboards and a KAPAR center.  Pottstown was built during two periods, the first underground building held the No. 5 Crossbar, the newer underground building was buildt to 50 PSI standards and held the No. 1 ESS.  Pottstown is a single level underground facility.
